Delta Double Jointing (DDJ) offers premier pipe jointing and other services for the steel-coated pipe industry. A subsidiary of the Bayou Companies in New Iberia, Louisiana, DDJ has the location and experience to meet all your pipe project needs.

• Facing machines are static, enabling better and straighter fit-ups and double joints.
• Ability to rotate pipe at the facing station to orient the long or spiral seam to any position required.
• Submerged Arc process utilized for jointing of pipe, SMAW is utilized for repair welding.
• DDJ supervisors have over 40 years of double jointing experience worldwide.
• Film radiography is standard inspection, but DDJ can offer UT or MPI at customer request.
• Fully compliant with API requirements.
• Historical repair rates less than 1%.
